Interfaces. Interfaces zijn mogelijk met LinkedIn en met HR-systemen (o.a. AFAS, Cobra, HR2Day, NMBRS, SAP, Visma en Workforce). De beschikbare kandidaten worden opgehaald uit LinkedIn (volgers) en je HR-systeem (sollicitanten en werknemers). In principe kan er met ieder HR/Payroll-systeem een interface gerealiseerd worden voor My-OrgChart en My-OrgPlan. Daarna wordt er georganiseerd en geformeerd totdat het gewenste resultaat bereikt is. De resultaten worden in portals geplaatst, ervan uitgaand dat er een managementteam aanwezig is dat over organisatievraagstukken beslist. Het eindresultaat wordt teruggeplaatst in je HR-systeem. Deels via bestandsimporten en deels via gestuurd muteren.
Portals. De eindresultaten kun je zowel vanaf servers (shared disks) of webservers toegankelijk maken. Voor dat laatste heb je een portal nodig, ondermeer om de beveiliging te regelen. Vrijwel ieder portal wordt ondersteund.
